Rules Gudeline
The venue is managed as a private low-stock big-fish environment, and the following standards are essential to protect the fish, property and overall experience.
General
- Exclusive use is for one group only (max. 5 anglers)
- No additional visitors without prior approval
- Please respect the quiet and private nature of the venue
- No excessive alcohol or disruptive behaviour
Fish Care (Strictly Enforced)
- Barbless hooks only
- Minimum 42” landing nets
- Large padded unhooking mats required
- Fish must remain wet at all times
- Prepare camera and sling before lifting the fish
- No standing while holding fish
- Keep fish low over the mat or water
- Retention slings for short periods only
- No sacks overnight
- Return fish as quickly and safely as possible
Any fish mistreatment may result in termination of the stay.
Bait & Fishing Practice
- Sensible bait quantities only
- No unprepared nuts
- No littering or discarded line
- Respect other anglers within your group
- Bait boats / boats only where permitted
Property & Accommodation
Please treat the facilities with care:
- Leave accommodation clean and tidy
- Report any damage immediately
- Do not move or modify equipment or furniture
- Switch off lights, heating and appliances when not in use
Any damage may be charged to the security deposit.
Environment
- Use designated waste bins
- Keep swims clean at all times
- Do not cut vegetation without permission
- Respect wildlife and surrounding nature
Safety & Responsibility
Guests fish and stay at their own risk.
Please take care when moving around the lake, especially at night or in wet conditions.
