Policy Gudeline

At Ruen Lake, we operate as a private, exclusive venue, and every visit is carefully managed to protect the fish, the environment, and the overall experience.

For that reason, the following applies to all bookings, especially media or filming trips:

1. Guest Approval

All guests must be agreed in advance.
No additional anglers, media crew, or visitors are permitted without prior approval.

2. Filming & Media

Any filming, photography, or brand-related activity must be discussed and approved beforehand.
This ensures the lake is presented in line with its positioning and standards.

3. Group Structure

We work with small, controlled groups. Typically:
  • Maximum 4–6 people total
  • Only approved anglers fish
  • Support crew (camera, media) must be agreed in advance

4. Respect for Environment & Fish

All visitors must follow lake rules regarding fish care, handling, and general conduct.
This is non-negotiable.

5. Private Venue Policy

Ruen Lake is not run as a public fishery.
It is a private destination, and access is granted selectively.
